AdRealm team standup in the Tai Seng map room
  • "AdRealm"? Is this a gaming realm, a self-serve ad network / adtech tool you sign up for, or an ad-arbitrage / bought-traffic operation?

No to all three. "AdRealm" refers to the mapped territory of your paid media — channels, budgets and conversion events on one chart. We are a paid media and measurement agency at Tai Seng Centre: media planning, Google Ads and paid search, paid social on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, SEO, landing pages, CRO and reporting. We are a human team under a signed scope of work — NOT an ad network, ad exchange, DSP, ad server, self-serve platform or software subscription. We do not run ad arbitrage, pop-unders, click farms or bot traffic, and we do not buy fake followers or engagement. The `.pro` TLD is branding only. We do NOT guarantee rankings, leads, sales or ROAS — costs and results depend on your product, market, budget and timing. See our disclaimer in every page footer.

  • How does a first briefing or discovery session work?

Submit an enquiry or email [email protected] with what is running today — platforms, approximate monthly spend, and what you wish you could measure. We schedule a 45-minute video call or studio visit within five business days. Discovery covers product, audience, current campaigns, tracking setup, internal resources and business goals. We ask for read-only ad account and analytics access where possible. The output is a written summary and, if there is a fit, a scoped proposal with separate lines for agency fees and estimated media spend — not a generic pitch deck. Discovery is complimentary for qualified enquiries; complex measurement audits may be scoped as a paid project.

  • What budgets do Singapore clients typically chart?

Agency fees and media spend are separate. Management retainers typically start from S$1,700 per month for a single channel and S$2,600+ for multi-channel programmes. One-off projects — tracking audits, landing page builds, media maps — range from S$1,800 to S$4,800 depending on scope. Platform media spend varies: some SME clients allocate S$3,500–S$9,000 monthly across Google Ads and paid social; larger programmes exceed S$20,000. We advise on allocation but do not mandate a minimum media budget. Results depend on budget, product, market and execution — never guaranteed.

  • How is media spend handled separately from agency fees?

You pay advertising platforms — Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others — directly with your own payment methods under their terms. Our invoices cover strategy, account management, reporting, creative coordination and consultation. Every proposal shows both lines clearly. We never mark up platform spend or act as a middleman wallet unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific procurement reason, which is rare. You retain ownership of ad accounts; we request agency-partner access.

  • Project vs monthly retainer — which model fits?

Projects suit one-off needs: a measurement audit, a landing page build, a campaign launch with a defined end date. Retainers suit ongoing paid media management, SEO programmes and monthly reporting where continuity matters. Most clients start with a three-month retainer after discovery so tracking can stabilise before judging channels. Either model begins only after a signed scope of work. Submitting an enquiry is not an engagement.

  • How long until directional data appears?

Paid search can show trends within weeks if tracking is sound. SEO programmes typically need three to six months before patterns are meaningful. Landing page tests require enough traffic to reach significance — low-volume sites wait longer. Factors outside our control include product-market fit, pricing, sales follow-up speed, seasonality, competitor activity and platform policy changes. We set KPI ranges, not guarantees, and report monthly on what changed and why — including what we switched off.

  • Do you use AI in client work?

Yes, as a speed tool — not as a strategist. AI assists with query log review, draft commentary and repetitive reporting tasks. Media maps, budget recommendations, pause decisions and client-facing advice are owned by humans who read the plan and accept accountability. We disclose AI assistance where material to deliverables and never present machine output as audited fact without human verification.

  • What will you not do?

We will not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, ROAS or viral reach. We will not buy followers, bot traffic or engagement. We will not run arbitrage, pop-under or bought-traffic schemes. We will not mark up platform media spend without written agreement. We will not scale budgets while conversion tags are unverified. We will not recommend infinite growth when the map says pause.
