This Privacy Policy explains how AdRealm Media Pte. Ltd. ("AdRealm", "we", "us", "our") handles personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA"). Unlike a single checklist, this document is organised by who you are and how you interact with us. Read the summary table first, then the part that applies to you.

AdRealm is a paid media and measurement agency in Tai Seng. We are not a gaming platform, self-serve ad network or traffic resale operation. This policy covers adrealm.pro, enquiry channels, client engagements and related business processing. It does not govern third-party advertising platforms you pay directly — those operate under their own privacy terms.
2. Website visitors (no form submitted)
If you browse adrealm.pro without submitting a form, we may process:
- Server and security logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer URL) — legitimate interests in security and site operation;
- Cookie and local storage choices stored under the key adrealm_consent — necessary to remember your cookie preferences for up to six months;
- Analytics data (only if you accept analytics cookies) — aggregated traffic patterns to improve site structure.
We do not require account registration to browse the site. Strictly necessary cookies run without consent; analytics, preferences and marketing cookies require your choice via the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
3. Enquirers (contact form and email)
When you submit our contact form or email [email protected], we collect identity and contact data (name, email, optional phone, company if provided), your message content, enquiry subject type and a PDPA consent record. The consent checkbox is never pre-ticked.
Purpose: respond to your enquiry, schedule discovery, maintain a record of what was discussed, and improve how we qualify fit. Legal basis: consent (PDPA) and legitimate interests in operating a professional services business. Retention: typically up to 24 months from last contact unless an engagement begins — in which case client retention rules apply.
We do not add enquirers to marketing email lists without separate explicit consent. A honeypot field (website) helps filter automated submissions; if triggered, we discard the submission silently.
4. Clients and active engagements
When you engage AdRealm under a signed scope of work, we additionally process:
- Business contact details for authorised representatives;
- Billing and payment correspondence (invoices handled per agreed terms);
- Campaign configuration data, ad account identifiers, analytics access tokens and reporting exports necessary to deliver services;
- Meeting notes, email threads, shared documents and deliverables;
- Platform performance data visible through accounts you grant us access to.
Purpose: deliver contracted services, invoice, report, comply with law, defend legal claims. Legal basis: contract performance, consent where required, legitimate interests. Retention: duration of engagement plus periods required by Singapore law, tax rules and limitation periods — typically up to seven years for financial records unless a shorter period is agreed and lawful.
5. Categories we do not intentionally collect
We do not seek sensitive personal data (health, biometric identifiers for identification, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs) through adrealm.pro. If you voluntarily include such information in a free-text message, we will minimise retention and use it only to respond to your enquiry unless a client relationship requires broader processing agreed in writing.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Our services are directed at business professionals.
6. How we use personal data
We use personal data to: respond to enquiries; deliver and administer client services; issue invoices and maintain accounts; improve our website and cookie experience; comply with legal obligations; protect against fraud and abuse; and communicate service changes where you are an active client. We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated direct marketing without separate consent.
7. Disclosure and processors
We may disclose personal data to:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers securing adrealm.pro;
- Email delivery services for enquiry notifications;
- Analytics providers where you have consented to analytics cookies;
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality;
- Authorities when required by Singapore law or court order.
Processors act on our instructions under contracts requiring appropriate security and PDPA-aligned handling. A current sub-processor list is available on request to [email protected].
8. International transfers
Some processors may be located outside Singapore. We ensure comparable protection through contractual clauses, vendor assessment or consent as required under the PDPA. Sub-processor categories are listed on request; we will describe the countries involved where material to your data.
9. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures: HTTPS transport, access controls for client systems, least-privilege ad account access, and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we review incidents promptly and notify affected individuals and the PDPC where required by law.
10. Your PDPA rights
Subject to exceptions in the PDPA, you may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for our use of your personal data. Withdrawal may affect our ability to respond or continue services. You may also ask about how we have used or disclosed your data over the past year.
Email [email protected] with enough detail for us to verify your identity. We aim to respond within thirty days. A reasonable fee may apply to manifestly unfounded or excessive requests as permitted by law.
11. Cookies and adrealm_consent
Cookie choices are stored in a browser cookie named adrealm_consent containing JSON preferences (necessary, analytics, preferences, marketing) for up to six months. Strictly necessary cookies support security and remember this choice. Optional categories run only after consent. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
12. Third-party platforms
When we manage advertising on Google, Meta or other platforms on your behalf, those platforms process data under their own policies. You pay them directly; their terms govern ad delivery and measurement. We configure tracking as scoped but do not control platform-side processing. Links on adrealm.pro to third-party sites are not covered by this policy.
13. Marketing communications
We do not send promotional email to enquirers unless you separately opt in. Client service emails — invoices, reports, scheduling — are part of contracted services, not direct marketing. If we ever introduce a newsletter, it will require explicit consent distinct from enquiry PDPA consent, with an unsubscribe mechanism in every message.
14. Data breach notification
If a personal data breach likely to result in significant harm occurs, we will assess promptly, take containment steps, and notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals where required by the PDPA. Clients with active SOWs will be informed without undue delay when their campaign or contact data is involved, with guidance on any steps they should take with their own customers.
15. Complaints to the PDPC
If you believe we have not handled your personal data correctly, contact [email protected] first so we can investigate. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in Singapore if the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, subject to PDPC procedures.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when law, technology or our services change. The date at the top reflects revisions. Material changes will be posted here; where new processing purposes require fresh consent, we will obtain it before applying them. Continued use of adrealm.pro after non-material updates constitutes acknowledgement where permitted by law.
17. Retention schedule (summary)
- Enquiry records: up to 24 months from last contact unless superseded by client records;
- Cookie consent (adrealm_consent): six months;
- Server logs: typically 90 days unless needed for security investigation;
- Client project files: engagement term plus statutory periods, typically up to seven years for financial records.
18. Version history
